David Savage of the Los Angeles Times polled a select group of legal scholars about what are the worst Supreme Court decisions and published the results. Perhaps not surprisingly, Roe v. Wade was at the top of the list for conservatives and Bush v. Gore was for liberals.
Most of the cited decisions were from the past 40 years and did not include Korematsu or Plessy.
